Account & Registration

Registering on pk66 takes under two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of the page, enter your Pakistan mobile number or email address, choose a strong password, and submit your basic details. You will receive a verification code via SMS or email to confirm your number. Once verified, your account is live and you can make your first deposit in PKR straight away. You must be 18 or older to register.

pk66 may ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal, especially for larger amounts. Acceptable documents include a clear photo of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie holding the document, and proof of the payment method you are using — for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number. No — each player is allowed one account on pk66. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, device or payment method is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before it escalates.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter your registered Pakistan mobile number or email address. pk66 will send a reset OTP via SMS or a reset link by email. Follow the instructions, set a new password of at least 8 characters including letters and numbers, and you are back in. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support with your CNIC to verify ownership.

If your SIM is still active, log in and go to Account Settings to update your mobile number. You will need to verify the new number with an OTP. If you have already lost access to the old number, contact pk66 support via live chat or email with your account email address, CNIC and recent transaction details. Support can update the number after verifying your identity — this is to protect against unauthorised account takeovers.

Deposits in PKR

pk66 supports all major Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (Instant Payment System), bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR — no foreign currency conversion is needed and no hidden exchange fees are applied. Choose your preferred method from the Cashier section after logging in.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits on pk66 are typically instant — funds appear in your PKR balance within seconds of a successful transfer. First, check your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app to confirm the payment was completed from your end and note the transaction ID or reference number. Withdrawals

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, often faster. Bank transfers and Raast transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal requests are reviewed for security before being sent — this step is usually completed quickly, but during busy periods it may take a little longer. You will receive a notification once your withdrawal has been dispatched.

Withdrawals may be held for review if your account has not been fully verified yet, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if the withdrawal is unusually large and triggers a standard security review. The most common reason is incomplete identity verification — uploading your CNIC and verifying your payment method typically resolves the hold within a few hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support with your withdrawal ID.

pk66 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. The exact fee policy for each payment method is clearly shown in the Cashier section before you confirm. If a Cricket match is abandoned without a result — due to rain, pitch issues or any other reason — bets on that match are voided and the stake is returned to your pk66 PKR balance. In cases where a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, the official result stands and bets are settled accordingly. pk66 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, meaning every piece of data between your device and our servers — including your login credentials and payment details — is fully encrypted in transit. Player PKR balances are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. All access to your account from a new or unrecognised device triggers an automatic SMS alert to your registered Pakistan mobile number, giving you immediate visibility over any suspicious activity.

Once logged in, go to Account Settings and open the Security tab. Toggle on SMS two-factor authentication, confirm your Pakistan mobile number, and enter the OTP sent to your phone. From that point onwards, every login requires both your password and a fresh one-time code sent by SMS. It takes about a minute to activate and makes it significantly harder for anyone else to access your account even if they know your password.

If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately from the login screen using the "Forgot Password" option. Then contact pk66 support via live chat straight away — provide your account details and describe what you noticed (unusual login time, balance change, etc.). Support can lock your account, review the login history, and help you secure it. Going forward, enable 2FA and avoid saving your login details on shared or public devices.

pk66 will only ever contact you from the official domain pk66.bz and the email address [email protected]. We will never ask for your full password, CNIC number or payment PIN via SMS, WhatsApp or unsolicited phone call. Always check that the URL in your browser shows pk66.bz before entering any login details. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from pk66, do not click any links — forward the message to [email protected] and our team will investigate.

Responsible Gaming

pk66 provides several tools to help you keep gaming under control: deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly in PKR), session time reminders, loss limits, and the option to take a temporary break from the platform. These tools are available in the Responsible Gaming section of your Account Settings and can be activated at any time without needing to contact support. Limits take effect immediately and can only be made more restrictive, not more lenient, during an active period.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming section. Select Deposit Limits and choose whether you want a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Enter the maximum amount you are comfortable depositing within that period and confirm. The limit applies immediately. If you want to increase the limit later, there is a mandatory cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing streak. Reducing a limit takes effect straight away.

Yes. From the Responsible Gaming section in Account Settings, you can set a self-exclusion period — anything from 24 hours to several weeks. During a self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets on pk66. Your existing balance remains safe and is available for withdrawal when your exclusion ends. If you feel you need a longer break or want to self-exclude indefinitely, contact support and they will assist you without judgment.
